You can benefit from special prices with the hotels listed below. Reservation can be made according to the hotel’s availabilities.
ATTENTION: We did not mandate any external company to organize accommodation! Please be aware of according SCAM mails!
RESIDENCES CROUS
We have NN rooms pre-booked in the CROUS residences. The Residences are located off-site, near the Tram station. You can request a room when registering for the workshop (first come, first served).
HOTELS
For the following hotels, you just have to contact the hotel directly via Mail and ask for a room by giving the reference « ECNS27« . We recommend taking care of the hotel booking as soon as possible. We blocked a number of rooms at some Grenoble hotels that can be booked by yourself. Please note that the rates are only available until the given deadline and the code is valid as long as there are available rooms in the establishment! All rooms include breakfast and are blocked for the period of Saturday 26 June 2027 to Friday 2 July 2027.
Unfortunately, we cannot book hotel rooms for you.

BY TRAIN
- From Grenoble railway station
Take tramway line B in the direction of « Gières Plaine des Sports » and get off at the stop « Bibliothèques universitaires ». The journey takes about 40 minutes.
- From Gières railway station
Take tram line B from the « Gare universités » stop (located near the station) in the direction of « Grenoble Presqu’île ». Get off at the stop « Bibliothèques universitaires ». The journey takes about 10 minutes.
BY PLANE
- From Grenoble Isère airport
Grenoble-Isère airport is located 40 minutes from Grenoble.
A TransIsère busline connects Grenoble-Isère airport (Saint-Geoirs) to Grenoble (« Gare routière » stop). The journey takes about 40 minutes. You can then reach the campus by tramway.

- From Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport
Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport is located 1 hour from Grenoble.
A busline connects the airport to Grenoble. There are departures every day and every hour between 6am and 11pm. The journey takes about 1 hour. Get off at the « Grenoble-Gare routière » stop . Then get to the campus by tramway.

- From Geneva airport
Geneva airport is located 2h15 from Grenoble.
A busline connects the airport to Grenoble. There are departures every day and every hour between 6am and 11pm. The journey takes about 2h15. Get off at the Grenoble bus station stop, then take the tram to the campus.
